Our main printer is currently down, and we are waiting on replacement parts that are expected to arrive within 3–5 business days. This was completely unexpected, and we are doing everything in our power to get back up and running as quickly as possible.
During this time, all open orders that require printing will experience a delay. We know this is not ideal, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please know that this is not something that normally happens, and our team is feeling the stress right along with all of you. We care deeply about our turn-around times and customer experience, and we appreciate your grace and patience more than you know.
As a thank-you for your understanding, every impacted order will receive freebies as a small token of our appreciation and an apology for the delay.
